Take dumbbells and sit on an inclined bench, resting your chest against the back bench. Perform dumbbell swings to shoulder level. Keep your elbows above your forearms. Lower for at least 2 seconds.

Fly with dumbbells

Keep your hands parallel to the floor.

  • 3 sets X 15 reps
  • rest between sets 45 seconds
